Shipping, Refunds & Returns

Shipping Policy

All orders for stock/ready-made designs are normally processed and dispatched within 3 working days. 

​

Custom-orders are generally 3-6 weeks in the making but this is just a guide and will be confirmed when you order.  

​

During busy periods such as holidays, Christmas, promotions etc please be aware delivery may take a little longer.  

​

All ordered are shipped with tracking and may require a signature on delivery. 

If your Country is not listed in my Shipping Rates, please get in touch via my Contact form and I will be happy to get a price for you.

​

Customs fees are the responsibility of the customer. Please check what rules and rates may apply to your own country before ordering if this a concern.  Sometimes packages may be held or delayed in Customs but this is out of our control.

​

We are not responsible for any packages returned to us as refused, unclaimed, undelivered or because of incorrect or insufficient address.  Please ensure you provide all the correct details when ordering. 

Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase so if you have any issue, please get in touch via our contact form or email in the first instance.

​

We have a 30-day return policy on all ready-made designs if you are not happy with your purchase, providing the goods are returned in the same condition they are received; unworn, unused and with tags and in it's original packaging.  Return postage is the responsibility of the customer. 

​

Returns due to incorrect sizing will not be accepted if the garment has been worn. Please take extra care when measuring your dog and refer to our Size Guide section. If you need any assistance, please get in contact prior to ordering. 

​

Custom and made-to-measure designs are not eligible for returns or refunds.

​

Certain promotional items may not be eligible for return or refund, and this will be clearly stated on the product description.

​

Please inspect your order carefully when you receive it and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or defective. 

​

Please take care when your pet is wearing any clothing. We are not responsible for any damage or injury that may be caused.

​

Worn garments that that are damaged are not eligible for refund but please get in touch as we may be able to help with repairs.
