Raining Cats & Dogs fabric and Tropican Rain Forest on Reverse.  PomPom edging,  Velcro fastening and D ring. 

Measurements (approx) Neck 8" Chest/Girth 12"-13" Length 8".

Neck and Chest have Velcro fastening so can be slightly adjusted but please measure your dog carefully.  The Length is actual measurement.
